Don’t let the fact that these veggie skewers are so quick and easy fool you into thinking they’re not bringing much to the party. The marinade of a creamy, herby peanut and miso sauce takes these to another level. We love them as the perfect starter for a summer BBQ.

2. Grilled Vegan Mexican Street Corn
OK so Chuck at the BrandNew Vegan has taken some liberties here, and these are more Mexican Street inspired corn, but we'll forgive him for that because our bodies appreciate the lower fat content. No BBQ is complete without corn, we're sure we've got that on a T-shirt somewhere. These are juicy, wonderfully smoky and charred with a fantastic hit of flavor. A real crowd pleaser.
